This is the roadside rest area located at the point where the Izari River, which salmon following the run up a river, and the National Highway 36 with daily traffic volume of 33,000 vehicles intersect.
The center house, main building with the Conservatory (people friendly greenhouse), has an open structure, and here you can get many information including road information, concerned and valuable information regarding to the City of Eniwa.
Also at the center house, there are food and drink using local products, the sale of freshly baked bread by its demonstration, and sales of specialty products.
As it is scheduled to be to develop a multi-purpose open space and water garden in 2007, visitors can comfortably relax with the riverfront park leading to the Irari-gawa river.
It is placed in service in 2008.
