The roadside rest area “Omu” is built in Downtown Oumu along National Highway 238 as town’s symbol, and it provides enjoying spectacular view of sunrise and drifting ice on the Sea of Okhotsk.
Offering the corner for exchanging information, it is well liked and used by drivers and riders as the land oasis.
