The orange-colored building of “Nishiokoppe Kamu” is located at 30 km landward from the Sea of Okhotsk on National Highway 239, and here you can enjoy 18-hole Park-Golf and Flower Park with about 6 hectares.
There is a mechanical organ called “Sound-Wood-Forest (Oto-Gi-Bayashi)” created by Motoi Tanime, one of two street-organ craftsmen in Japan, and its comfortable sound welcomes visitors.
