Placed halfway between the City of Sapporo and the City of Hakodate and overlooking magnificent peaks of Niseko and Mount Yotei, the roadside rest area “Rankoshi Furusato-no-Oka” has a wide variety of products such as vegetables grown with gifts from the Shiribetu River.
Especially home-made ice cream produced with attention to process for making with freshly squeezed milk is sold not only at the rest area’s store but also stores in town.
Also behind the building, there are Park-Golf courses (9 holes), campsite and bungalows.
